This Cloisonné Mirror features a vibrant floral and vine border. The pattern is anchored by blue and yellow flowers in each corner. The cloisonné design is bordered by hammered German silver.
Cloisonné is the difficult process of creating different shapes and patterns from copper wires. Fine enamel powders are carefully placed inside each shape. The piece is placed in a kiln until the enamel is dry and settles to a uniform thickness.
